This means that I see a glaring red exclamation on my C: drive if I forget to commit adds and changes to configuration in areas I want to preserve across hard disk failures or to duplicate on other systems. In the use-case, I control my web browser bookmarks and other general system configuration files in Bazaar. In a corporate environment, IT has installed Symantec Endpoint Protection.
